We are interested in taking a partner to develop the  majority of our assets working together to maximize the return on the assets displayed in this narrative.  We would like to continue to market and manufacture the comfort stations.
 

1. Set up and operate the multi-product rental website. 

2. Start with portable toilets - dumpsters and add additional rental products  to the website.

3. The rental website would be an excellent option to advertise for Portable Toilet Franchisees and/or acquisitions.

4. File three new sanitation product patents and two additional trademarks.

5. Decide  on  the make or buy decision to using our existing tooling  to manufacture a minimum of 100 toilets per day for sale to the Porta John® franchisees in house or subcontract out.  No portable toilet sales to the public.

6. Market our proprietary products such as www.addabath.com, www.noflushurinal.com, www.handsanitizerstations.com and a multitude of folding products.    Supply joint ventures for large events and disasters under both the Porta John® and the DisasterRelief.com brands. Some examples of non proprietary folding products are: foldingfurniture.com, foldingbarricades.com, and foldingstretchers.com. 

7. Market comfort station products for sale only to the general public under the Porta John® brand.

8. Maximize effective use of  ​our premium domains to increase both our revenue and the value of the domains. The domains are: Toilets.com - HandSanitizer.com - DisasterRelief.com - PortableToilets.com - PortableBuildings.com - Rental Domains and approximately 200 product or service domains. Examples of exact matches would be FoamingHandSoap.com and PortableToiletFranchise.com.
